All orders will be processed and shipped during the next 3-5 business days after payment.

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Saturday) will begin to be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Error in delivery address: If there is an error in the delivery address you must notify us by email, and we will immediately make the change, as long as the order has not been shipped, in this case you must wait for the order to return (10-12 business days ), and we will resend the order to the correct address,Shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All returns or exchanges must be made ten calendar days following the receipt of the product.
-All returns must be in the original packaging and condition with the corresponding labels.
- To make a return:
1. Initiate the return with an email to raelibrand@gmail.com and include the following:
contact information, brief explanation for the return or exchange, and description of the item.
2. Simply mail the product in its original packaging to our return address at: 3403 Sumac Drive, Joliet, IL 60435.
3. Once we receive the package, we will process the return or exchange based in your initial email. for returns, a discount code will be placed on the customer account for the amount of the purchase.
-Exchanges may be made within ten calendar days following the receipt of the product. When exchanging for items of greater or lesser value, the cost difference will either be charged or credited to the account.
-If the requested exchange product is out of stock, a discount code will be issued to the account for the return item.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in wich we send them to you. If the item is not in acceptable condition, it will be returned to the customer and an email explaining why the return or exchange is denied will be issued.
- In case of not having stock of the desired size, a discount code will be issued, if it is not possible to obtain the size. the cost of shipment will be the responsibility of the client and the term for claims is fifteen business days from the notification by us.
IMPORTANT: If you need to make a change of one of our products and at the time of return it has a lower price, the product will be exchanged for the size or model you need; but the difference between the price at which you purchased the product and the discounted price will not be paid. Also, if you need to make a change of one of our products and at the time of return it has a higher price, the product will be exchanged for the size or model you need; but you will not be charged the difference between the price at which you purchased the product and the price at the time of return.
